WHAT IS SEA MOSS?

Sea Moss is a type of seaweed that grows year-round in tide pools and inlets. Also known as Irish Moss, it has been around for centuries but is just starting to be widely used and studied as a superfood.

Sea Moss grows in the sea, off of the rocks which is where it extracts the 92 minerals it contains. Sea moss is used mainly for boosting the immune system and fighting off colds.

In its gel form, Sea Moss can last up to 4 weeks refrigerated. In its raw and dried form, it can last over 8 weeks.
